Position #1
CMO
Marketing, communication, growth
Will you help us push marketing forward?
We're looking for someone who will gradually take over marketing at Meet&Deal and related projects. Not someone who waits for a brief, but a person who takes initiative, thinks about communication, and builds their own marketing role over time.
In the beginning, the focus will be on execution — content creation and planning, social media, emailing, basic PPC, the website, event communication, and partnership support. Over time, the role will shift toward strategy, managing externals, and taking over the full marketing agenda — including co-creating the vision with André Kohout, founder of Meet&Deal.
What you'll handle
- →Content for Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, TikTok and other channels (Canva, Figma etc.)
- →Emailing and simple automations (Ecomail)
- →Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns
- →Website and blog content
- →Event and partner communication
- →Marketing planning across projects (Meet&Deal, NetworkingAkce.cz and André's personal brand)
Who we're looking for
- →Someone with marketing experience, ideally for events, communities or personal brands
- →A person who can handle both strategy and hands-on execution
- →An independent worker who doesn't need daily check-ins
- →Someone who enjoys networking, business and working with people
Engagement
- →Start at roughly 1/4 to 1/2 full-time
- →Long-term growth into a full marketing role
- →Contractor (IČO) or DPP

Position #2
COO
Operations, processes, order
Will you help us run the processes?
The second role is for someone who can bring order to chaos. We're looking for a person to take over operations, set up processes and help get Meet&Deal to a place where things don't depend on a single person.
In the beginning, the focus will be on the calendar, project management, coordinating people, tracking deadlines and setting up processes. Over time, the role can grow into a full COO running operations and growth across the entire project.
What you'll handle
- →Calendar management and meeting scheduling
- →Event organization and internal processes
- →Project management in tools like Asana or Notion
- →Coordinating vendors and partners
- →Follow-ups, emails, deadlines and making sure nothing falls through
- →Setting up systems and repeatable processes
Who we're looking for
- →Someone who loves systems and order
- →A person who can manage projects and juggle multiple things at once
- →An independent and proactive worker
- →Someone who can turn chaos into a simple process
- →Event or community project experience is a plus
