Name, email, phone, company, position -data needed for event registration, ticket purchase, and communication. Payment data is processed directly by Stripe -we don't have access to it.
3. Purpose of Processing
Event organization, sending tickets and confirmations, event communication, marketing (only with consent), service improvement.
4. Legal Basis
Contract fulfillment (ticket purchase), legitimate interest (platform operation), consent (marketing and newsletter).
5. Data Sharing
We only share data with service providers essential for operation: Stripe (payments), Ecomail (emails), Vercel (hosting). We never sell data to third parties.
