Complaints Policy

Here you'll find information on how to proceed with a complaint.

1. Right to Complaint

The buyer has the right to file a complaint about a purchased ticket or service if it was not provided in accordance with the terms and conditions.

2. How to File a Complaint

Complaints can be submitted via email to info@meetdeal.cz, including your order number and a description of the issue.

3. Resolution Timeline

Complaints will be resolved within 30 days of receipt. You will be notified of the outcome via email.

4. Event Cancellation

If the event is cancelled by the organizer, the buyer will receive a full refund to the original payment method within 14 days.

5. Event Changes

In case of significant changes (date, venue), the buyer has the right to a refund. Minor program changes are not grounds for a complaint.
