Terms & Conditions

These terms and conditions govern the rights and obligations between Meet&Deal and the buyer when purchasing tickets and other services.
1. Operator
Meet&Deal is operated by André Kohout, ID: [to be added], based in [to be added]. Contact: info@meetdeal.cz.
2. Subject of Agreement
The subject is the sale of tickets to Meet&Deal networking events and related merchandise via the meetdeal.cz platform.
3. Order and Payment
The order is binding upon payment submission. Payment is processed through Stripe payment gateway. Upon successful payment, you'll receive a confirmation email.
4. Prices
All prices are displayed both including and excluding VAT. Meet&Deal uses a pricing wave system -ticket prices may change depending on the current wave.
5. Cancellation and Refunds
Tickets can be cancelled no later than 14 days before the event. After this date, tickets are non-refundable but transferable to another person. In case of event cancellation by the organizer, a full refund will be issued.
6. Ticket Transfer
Tickets can be transferred to another person by contacting us at info@meetdeal.cz no later than 48 hours before the event.
7. Liability
The organizer reserves the right to change the program, venue, or date of the event. All changes will be communicated to attendees via email.
8. Final Provisions
These terms are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic. Any disputes shall be resolved by the competent court in Prague.
